Full-Day Tour: A Complete Hanoi Exploration
- 07:30 - 08:00: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel.
- Morning: Traditional Culture & Crafts
Our journey begins at the Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, a mesmerizing traditional craft village. You'll be amazed by the vibrant beauty of thousands of incense sticks bundled together and dried under the sun. These colorful arrangements create a stunning backdrop for incredible photos and offer a genuine insight into a long-standing Vietnamese craft.
Next, we'll visit the famous Train Street, an exhilarating experience where a train passes inches away from local houses. You can sit at a local cafe, enjoy a drink, and witness this thrilling moment, a truly unique experience only found in Hanoi.
Note: In case of rain, the Train Street visit will be replaced with a trip to Bat Trang Ceramic Village. Here, you'll have the chance to see master artisans at work and even try your hand at pottery to create your own souvenir.
- 12:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.
Note: if tourists just want to join a Half - day tour, after Meal, we will drop you off at your hotel inside Hanoi Old Quarter.
- Afternoon: History, Spirituality, and Local Delicacies
The afternoon begins with a visit to Hoa Lo Prison, a haunting and historically significant site. Known as the "Hanoi Hilton" by American POWs, a tour here will give you a deeper understanding of Vietnam's history.
Next, we'll head to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university. This peaceful complex is a symbol of Vietnamese scholarship and education.
We will then view the majestic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside while learning about this solemn monument. Our last historical stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest and most sacred pagodas in Hanoi, beautifully situated on West Lake.
The tour concludes with a taste of a local delicacy: Egg Coffee. This rich, creamy, and unique coffee is a must-try for any visitor.
